The property was very clean. It was close to where I needed to be, and you can get to the French quarter in minutes. I walked to Jackson square in like 15 minutes (leisurely).The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and wanted you to have a nice stay. I would stay here again. Oh, one other thing, I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good

Several places to eat within walking distance. The only issue we experienced was there was a tremendous amount of loud noise on the street all throughout the night. Cars drag racing on a one way street with a 30 mph speed limit.
