The hallways to the rooms were hot and humid. The room never cooled down although the a/c was “on.” Sheets were dirty, smelled like mildew, the “fold out double sofa” was a couch with a trundle bed. (Which there was not enough bedding for). The only thing good about this hotel was the staff and the eggs, sausage and biscuits and breakfast. Disappointing.

My stay was work-related during Mardi Gras, and the price was excellent considering the time of year. The property appeared to be undergoing some renovations in the hallways, but the rooms were unaffected. Overall, it served its purpose well.

The worst hotel I have been

I found few cockroachs on my room. The hotel staff did not want to change us the room, neither compensate, they were very rude and awful. I stay around 90 days per year in hotels and this is the worst hotel I have been

The staff was hospitable and pleasant. However, in our 6 day stay we only got our room serviced once and the room was also a little bit dirty with some dirt stains on the tables. Overall, the staff were accommodating and our experience were not at all affected by this experience.

First of all they did not give me the room that a reserved which had a corner balcony. When I checked in they did not inform me that they overbooked my room but instead put me in a lesser room where the ac wasn’t working properly with no balcony.
