The hotel was quaint and served it purpose however I was disappointed to find excess local tax charges on my bill. Also, on the morning of checout I was charged for an extra day and also have a charge on my credit card that is not reflected on my receipt. The cost exceeds what was offered at time of booking. I will never use Hotels.com again

The first room we had the carpet was torn and my roommate tripped so they changed our room. In the next room while packing the night before a mouse or rat was in our room trying to get out of our room front door. We screamed and it ran back under the couch. Call front desk said manager not there but will be in by the morning and he gave my info to manger to call me and as of today I haven’t heard nothing back at all

Very disappointed

The hotel room was not a suite and it wasn't how it was advertised. The room was very small and in the picture it showed the room was separated from the bedroom.The breakfast was heavy on the seasoned and it made my blood pressure up. Plus it was supposed to be free parking and it wasn't
