Style-Charm-Comfort Near Audubon Park

Newly renovated spacious studio apartment on the ground floor of a private home. Located in the serene Carrollton neighborhood of uptown New Orleans, just blocks from Tulane, Audubon Park, and the streetcar. Please Note:
Our family lives upstairs, and the apartment is located directly beneath our main living space. You may hear everyday sounds from above, including footsteps, our playful two-year-old and nine-year-old kids, our friendly dog, and two curious cats. The floor is not soundproof, so some noise may carry into the apartment, especially during morning and evening hours.

We strive to be respectful and mindful of our guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we balance family life with hosting. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to household noise, this may not be the perfect fit — but many guests enjoy the lively, homey atmosphere.

Cute and Quaint

Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great stay

Great communication and very attentive! There was noise in the mornings from the kids and dog but they were also clear with that so we knew what to expect. They were always willing to accommodate and help in any way that they could. It was a quiet street and about 10 minute walk to the public Transit which we appreciated. I would recommend this as a great place to stay

Great space just a bit noisy

The property and the hosts were fantastic. The only issue was that there was lots of noise that came from the owners above us. Lots of dog barking, children, and music could be heard.

Perfect little spot near Tulane

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is right in the heart of the Tulane neighborhoods making it walkable to tons. Hosts are super-communicative and flexible. Though small, it has everything you need. Definitely recommend.

Great VRBO In New Orleans

This is my second time renting at this VRBO. And as last time the apartment was beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities that I needed. And the owners are great people to get along with.

Great Location for Tulane Visits

We stayed at the location to visit my daughter and allow my son to attend an on campus event. It was the perfect location for Tulane! We walked everywhere. Street was quiet. Room was clean and well put together. Bed was comfy. My son slept on the sleeper sofa with no complaints. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked. We loved the record player! My only complaint was that you could really hear the occupants upstairs so if you're a light sleeper that may bother you.

Birthday get away.

The apartment was lovely. Loved the amenities especially the room humidifier due to my husband having asthma. The location of the apartment was perfect for our list of itinerary. The neighborhood was nice, quiet we immediately felt safe . Would definitely recommend this property.

Tulane Visit
