Our property features a variety of units, each offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with king-sized beds, ensuring maximum comfort. All bedrooms come with private ensuite bathrooms – two with a shower-only setup and the others with a tub/shower combination. Additional amenities include:



* Large Living Areas: Relax in the spacious living room with a 65” flat-screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, plus a dining table for group meals.

* Entertainment: All units feature 55” TVs in the bedrooms with streaming capabilities for your entertainment.

* Convenience: Each unit comes with a stacked washer/dryer and a clothing steamer for your convenience.

* Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub

Take advantage of the shared rooftop pool and hot tub (open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, weather permitting). Please note that the pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This outdoor space is designated as non-smoking, and we have a designated vaping area on the terrace of the 9th floor.

Parking Information

We do not offer parking on-site, but two public parking facilities are conveniently located below the property:



Park First Saratoga Garage #1025: Height clearance of 6’4”

ParkMobile Zone 50408: Surface lot located behind the building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Rates generally range from $20-30 per 24 hours, but prices may increase during special events and festivals.



Pet-Friendly

Bring your furry friends along! Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $135 per stay (maximum 2 pets). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor terrace and a nearby grassy park for walks.

* Contactless Check-In: Our self-service check-in process allows for a seamless arrival. Our front desk staff is available 24/7 to assist during your stay.

* Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Need flexibility? Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional fee of $200-$300.

* Cleaning: Light cleaning is required prior to departure – take out the trash and wash any dirty dishes. All linens are professionally laundered between guests.
