You will have access into both of these units upon arrival. Once inside the unit, you can choose to lock or unlock the connecting door between the units (each side has a door that can be locked or unlocked during your stay).

You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building and is designated as a non smoking area. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay. Upon booking, please provide an updated email address and phone number.

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) – 14.4 miles (approx. 20 minutes without traffic) – There are many Uber/Lyft/Taxi cabs at the airport that are readily available to bring you downtown.

The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line. Use the streetcar to get to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, City Park, Cemeteries and plenty of other areas along the way. We recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave. We are 2 blocks from Canal Street. It is a 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street and a 10 minute walk (in the opposite direction) to the Caesar's Superdome or Smoothie King Center. We are also a mile from the Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations. The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line, and we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.

Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

Amazing accommodations

Everything was clean, nice, and very well maintained. The location is about a 10 minute walk from bourbon st and many other attractions. There are tons of food options around the building which makes grabbing a bite to eat easy. I would highly recommend staying at this property again and PH1 was amazing for our group of 9.

Comfort in the Big Easy

This unit is the perfect family spot in New Orleans. The unit is comfortably laid out for a large family. The convenient access to the rooftop pool was a real plus. The convenient access to the French Quarter and more made for an stress-free vacation! Thanks to Shane and his crew!

Yes!

The Eleanor was perfect for our family reunion. Our group included adults, pre-teens and small children. It was nice that each room had a King-sized bed. We also used sofa sleepers for the children. The unit was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Even if we hadn’t gone out into the city, it was like a fun getaway just to be at the Eleanor. The pool deck area was just outside the door and we enjoyed the hot tub and small pool. The Eleanor is located within easy walking distance to everything you might want to check out downtown, French Quarter, River Walk and the streetcar lines. Staying here made our trip! Would definitely recommend!
