Out room at The Troubadour Hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We felt very comfortable, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning—one of the highlights of our trip. We truly enjoyed our time in New Orleans and will definitely be adding this hotel to our favorites list. Highly recommend!

The room was nice just front desk was rude to us and the valet was horrible they left our car unlocked on a busy street and the app they gave us to get our car back wasn’t working then the front gave us a number to call when we did she was really rude and it took us almost an hour to get our truck back

The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations. And it shows. Dim lighting, cramped elevators, no restaurant. I stayed there two nights. No maid service. I arrived at the hotel and sat parked in front for 20 minutes. But the valet never showed up. I ended up parking in the lot across the street, which was more convenient because I was able to charge my vehicle. I had a better stay there two years ago.
