Did like the fenced in parking area. Didn't like the smell in the room that was making us feel a bit sick. A smell like extreme disinfectant or not sure what it was. The continental breakfast was okay except the juice machine was broke. Perhaps a gallon of juice could have been substituted so we would have something to drink besides coffee.

This hotel is quite the contrary of the bad reviews. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. The owner is great. Made sure my stay was more than exceptional. I would recommend Trident to anyone who is coming to visit or simply needing a getaway. My room was welcoming and comfortable, and beds are clean and tidy upon arrival. The bedding smelled like it had actually been washed. The breakfast is alright, nothing extravagant, but will get you full.

Whenever we are in the area this is it go to place. The staff is really nice, so far never had any problems during our stay
They were able to check me in early. However, something was wrong with the AC and heat in my room. The air conditioning unit on the wall would not turn off. It was freezing cold in my room. They had to change my room and that one you can only control the heat and AC on the wall I had to keep on adjusting get to try to either cool the room down or make the room warmer. they had no bottle of water so I had to get the water out of the machine in the exercise room and get some ice. The bar where the restaurant inside the hotel was not open. Very disappointing. They did not disclose one the site that they restaurant is closed on a certain day or their bar is closed on a third day. They directed me to a restaurant right next to the right of the hotel, which was a lifesaver otherwise I would not have been able to eat dinner. I appreciate that they had a vehicle to drop me off at the airport after my stay so that helped out a lot.
This hotel is worth the stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are good size. Very clean inside and out. Even the elevator was clean and smelled good. We felt very safe in the area.

Property was ok it had a smell in the halls.
The gate for parking we loved! We just needed a place for a couple hours. Woke up got breakfast it was ok. There was roach in the restroom. Beds are firm with 3 pillows.
I am not normally one for negative reviews, i have stayed in bad hotels before, so that's not what provoked this review. The customer service was terrible. We arrived, room was clean but missing a towel for our 2 person reservation. There were no phones in the room so my husband went to desk to request towel. He was not properly listened to, and she requested a return of towels which didn't make sense considering we had just arrived and all we needed was a second towel. She then offered him one clean and one dirty (yes you heard me right!) I believe despite his refusal he was still given a dirty towel. Our second day room service didn't come at all, and i had to return to the desk and explain the issue to the once again rude front desk woman. (With used towels and rags in hand) She did however spring into action upon realizing, my room had not been attended and this time gave us clean linen in exchange for our dirty. No garbage was collected that day. Breakfast was from 7am.to 9am. And not 1 second after, they would rope it off. The breakfast was not continental, they offered a waffle maker and dry products.The juice machine was broken, there were signs for broken things everywhere which caused me to miss the no food outside the breakfast area sign that the owner very rudely eve's dropped on my phone conversation to fuss at me about. When I had absolutely no food in my hand whatsoever. My toilet broke, we were handed a plunger to fix,bathroom door was broke. Not good stay.
