The hotel’s interior was impressive—modern, stylish, and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, which was nice. However, the biggest drawback was the air conditioning system. It was extremely loud, and to our surprise, there was no option to turn it off. The only solution offered was for an engineer to disconnect it from the mains, which meant no air conditioning at all. Since we didn’t need it much during our stay, we opted to have it switched off, but in peak summer, this would have been a major issue. Even with the cooler weather, the room became stuffy due to the lack of ventilation and no windows to open, forcing us to keep the door open to let in fresh air from the hallway. For reference, we stayed on the 8th-floor city-view room (812) Despite this, the hotel itself was excellent—the rooftop area was a great touch, and both the cocktails and food were fantastic. Unfortunately, due to the air conditioning system, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great Stay Overal

The hotel is so cute! Very Chic. The staff was very friendly very helpful. The hotel is in a very good locating for work or play. They have a mold problem. I am allergic to mold and could not stop coughing and sneezing inside my room. When I left out it would stop almost immediately. There were loud humid/moisture machines in the hallways. My room was leaking water form somewhere. As soon as I told them they moved our rooms. Overall 3.5 out of 5. The staff was the best part of my experience in the hotel.

The moment we stepped up to the hotel we were greeted with friendly happy staff. Shout out to Tim the doorman. The receptionists were lovely. The coffee and bar area very welcoming. The rooftop pool was beautiful! Our room was just perfect with everything and more.Location was excellent. We could walk to Bourbon St and French quarter but had a quieter place at night. Highly recommend.

The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is in a central downtown location that is easily accessible to different areas of NOLA but still nice and quiet. Tim was an outstanding staff member that stood out to us during the entirety of the trip. Not only was he kind, sincere, and professional, but he made it his business to remember our names. That truly goes a long way. We felt valued, appreciated, and made our stay feel more personalized. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone wanting to visit New Orleans. I am looking forward to returning here!

All staff were rude the whole time and then our room flooded from a plumbing issue and it took 3 phone calls and eventually going down in person to get them to do anything about it. We were told we would be given a new room but then had to call repeatedly to be given a key.
