The Space:

Welcome to Huatoki Hideaway, a charming retreat nestled in a quiet green valley close to the city centre. This much-loved property is uniquely situated next to the Huatoki Stream, offering a serene atmosphere filled with character and sunshine. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups of up to eight, this comfortable house is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.



The open-plan lounge and kitchen provide a bright and inviting space, featuring large windows that overlook the garden. With a fully-equipped modern kitchen, including gas cooking, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer, it’s an ideal spot for cooking and spending quality time with loved ones. The lounge is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and a heat pump/air conditioner for your comfort.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Three spacious bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with two king-singles

- Fold-out couch in the lounge for additional sleeping space

- Quality beds and pillows for a restful night's sleep



Interior Feeling:

- Unlimited Wi-Fi and a desk for those working remotely

- Gas hot water and a great shower in the bathroom

- Heaters in each bedroom and electric blankets on queen beds for cool nights

- A linen and cleaning charge of $260 applies, charged separately

- Guests are required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure

- Extra services available: Noon Checkin and Noon Checkout for $40 each (subject to availability)

All our properties are for accommodation purposes only, no gatherings or parties. Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days.
