The Space:

Buller Noire (French for Black) is a unique holiday house located in one of New Plymouth's most sought-after tourist locations. Just a five-minute stroll to the CBD, it is perfectly situated right by the Scenic Coastal Walkway. This property offers a luxurious retreat spread over three levels, filled with character and charm.



The open-plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped designer kitchen, is located on the upper level. Guests can enjoy sweeping ocean views from this grand space. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area, ideal for enjoying a glass of merlot while taking in expansive ocean views of the Sugar Loaf Islands and breathtaking sunsets.
