The Space:

The Ocean Outlook is a stunning coastal holiday home located in a prime tourist hotspot, just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful Fitzroy swimming beach. With easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, and windsurfing at the nearby beaches. The Coastal Walkway connects you to a vibrant area filled with arts, culture, and shopping.



Elevated to capture all-day sun and sparkling blue water views, this property combines quality with total comfort. The soft beachy vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine while watching local surfers. The stylish, well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine for your morning latte. Alternatively, you can stroll down to the beach in summer for a coffee at one of the pop-up spots along the walkway.

- All linen and towels provided by a commercial linen company

- Properties cleaned to meet Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards

- Part end of stay cleaning service included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal

- Guests must remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and ensure the kitchen is clean



Extra Services:

- Noon Check-in and Noon Checkout available for $40 each (subject to availability)

- Boost Clean service available upon request



Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. All Bach Break properties are for accommodation purposes only, with no gatherings or parties allowed.
