Waterfront Home with great ocean views, Deepwater Access to Gulf with No Bridges

Our waterfront property is located on a deep-water canal that leads directly to the Gulf. We have a floating dock that can hold 21' boat. The living room, lanai, and kitchen have views of the canal. The living room has a big-screen TV. The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with tile floors throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a large laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink, and the lanai has an air hockey table. Enjoy eating on the patio area where there is a bbq, table and chairs, and a firepit, or fish off the dock.

Pontoon boat, kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals are located nearby. Green Key is a 10-minute drive with beach access and a playground. Within three miles is the Sun Cruz Casino boat, or head south 10 minutes to the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample Greek cuisine, and enjoy shopping in the unique shops.

Clearwater Beach and the home of Winter the Dolphin are a 35-minute drive heading south.

Crystal River is about 45 minutes north, featuring Florida manatees, or tour the river in a canoe or tube the crystal clear river. The Homosassa Wild Life Sanctuary allows for an up close look at the rescued manatees, as well as exotic birds, otters, and alligators.

Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are a 45-minute drive. The theme parks of Orlando, Disney World, and Sea World are less than two hours away.
