Wonderful location on River!

Wonderful property. Very clean and cute. Great location close to many things. We had fun catching several fish off the dock. Would definitely recommend and love to stay here again.

Better the second time around...

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with everything. This place is a true gem. And is even nicer after the renovations that were recently done. Great communication with property manager, super clean, fully stocked with everything you could possible need or want. I am sure we will be back. Just not sure when. Wish the weather had been a tad warmer, as it was too cold to sit out for long qaat night.

Wonderful place - great location

Wow - what a fabulous place. Hosts had it well stocked - we needed nothing. Location was perfect; close to restaurants, bait shop (we fished on the dock every day), supermarket - anything you could need. The bathroom showers were spa quality. Everything was just great. Great property

Property has a great view of the Cottee River with a sand lot and dock for your boat. Everything was just as expected and easy check in. Communication as needed was quick response and everything was clean. Great restaurants within minutes from property and easy access to the gulf. Dog friendly. Great vacation property.

Rent a boat. You won’t regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and informative. The place is really cute. Being right on the water is so peaceful. There is a bar/restauranr across the water that often has live music that you can hear when you’re outside, but it wasn’t loud and rowdy - or all night. We actually enjoyed hearing it. Speaking of that restaurant, it has one of the best key lime pies we’ve ever tried - and yes, we’ve had Kermit’s in Key West :) We didn’t see any dolphins in the water in the backyard but we took one of the hosts recommendations for a boat rental and rented a pontoon to take out for the day. We saw dolphins playing while we were cruising in the Gulf. It was so awesome! The accommodations are nice and cozy. We stayed in one evening playing some games we brought. Note, the master bedroom doesn’t have a plug on both sides of the bed - an extension cord run under the bed will fix the issue. Also, the internet can be a little rough. I work from home and will often work on vacation. Thankfully that wasn’t the case this time because even my phone had trouble with the internet in parts of the house. Small other thing to note is that there was no shampoo as the listing stated, so thankfully my mom brought some. But this often isn’t something provided by hosts so it isn’t a big deal, just mentioning it because I hadn’t brought my own. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay on the river. It was fairly quiet and peaceful, sitting on the patio, enjoying the river and music across from it. We even used the firepit one evening. The house was very clean and well stocked, except there were no wine glasses.....lol. It was very close to our daughter and family which is why we came down to visit. We would come back next time we visit.

Peaceful and Fun Retreat

What a nice setting to sit out on the deck facing the Cottee River and watch the activity and boats go by. It was great to get away from the fast paced daily routine and enjoy life for the long weekend. Thanks for sharing the lovely home with us. We will be back in the future.

Just what we needed!!!

Amazing location! We kept our boat at the house and was able to take it to Anclote Island each day Minutes from Main Street for entertainment and food. Neighborhood quite and peaceful. Definitely will be staying again.

Weekend Respite

The property was very clean and and well stocked for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need. Perfect location for a get away

Excellent communication from the hosts and everything was just as promised. We brought our boat and left it in the water during our stay at the dock behind the house, it was so convenient to be able to hop in the boat and go. Highly recommend this location, we will be back!

House Rehab

We booked this property at the last minute due to an unforeseen family gathering. We spent little time at the house because our days were very busy and hectic. It was nice knowing we had a clean and relaxing place to decompress at the end of the day. Steve was kind enough to go out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at a clean and quiet house on the water in close proximity to some fun restaurants.

Close to Tarpon Springs Aquarium

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, remodeled home. The kitchen and bathrooms had the latest appliances, cabinets and tile work. We watched tv on large screens and had HULU for football and movies. Excellent waterfront restaurants close by too.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen well stocked! The location is perfect, close to everything. Great little place on the water

This place was perfect for our house hunting trip to the area. In particular the kitchen is one of the best we have stayed in! We had an amazing time with our dog as well! Even paddle boarded across the river for a great lunch at Whiskey Joe’s. Definitely would stay again!

Not a relaxing, stress free stay.

Bugs when we got there and bugs when we left. Sub-standard electrical service. Sometimes lights worked and sometimes they didn't. Both of these issues the owners tried to resolve, but when the remedies were unsuccessful they did not respond to our communication. These issues and others made for a very stressful vacation.
