Overlook the ocean and four pools from this top-floor, end-unit at Seacoast Gardens 2 on the no-drive beach. The calming blues of the sky and ocean and the glistening gold of the sun were brought indoors to create a beautiful and comfortable place for you to relax. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk room* with twin bunk beds. The condo is within walking distance of a market, three restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a park.

It is our hope to bless it forward and share the condo with others who either desire or need the peace and respite the beach offers. Whether you are seated on the balcony, in the living room, or in the king-size bed, you can see the ocean and hear the waves rolling onto shore. Depending on the time of year, you will be gifted with sunrises as well. You can see stunning views of rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, if your stay coincides with a scheduled launch. (Our fingers are crossed for you!)

Important notes:

There is one guaranteed parking space. The guest spaces are first-come, first-serve and cannot be guaranteed.

There are four pools (2 adult, 2 kids). Only the two north pools are heated during winter months.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony, but there is a designated smoking area in the northwest corner of the north parking lot.

At this time our community does not allow guests to bring their pets.

This is a ONE bedroom, ONE bath condo WITH A BUNK ROOM. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 250lbs each. The bunk room has a small chest of drawers, mirror, and a door for privacy.

Established in 1973, the complex comprises 85 units each in Sea Coast Gardens II and III.
The complexes are cherished for their tranquil allure, situated on a non-vehicular section of New Smyrna Beach, offering a serene retreat.
