Enjoy stunning views of the Northern and Southern portion of New Smyrna Beach, the Shorehom by the Sea pool, and the Atlantic Ocean from the HUGE 180° 7th floor balcony! This penthouse corner condo does not have anyone above creating a peaceful and quiet environment. "Infinite Blu Penthouse" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

Beautiful interior, great ocean view

The inside of this condo is beautiful and confortable for a family of 7, and has a wonderful view of the beach. However, building itself was under construction during our stay so the outside entrance was not as pleasant a view.

We had great view of the ocean, check on rocket launch schedule you won’t be disappointed. Dolphin and shark sightings daily. Downtown is busy all the time. Get down there early to find a parking spot. The kitchen is a great feature, nice and roomie.

Beautiful penthouse worth the effort

Great wrap-around, covered deck gave views in all directions. On seventh floor (top), it gave us both sunrise and sunset view and rocket launch view as it came by. Spaces were great. Very large common space of kitchen, dining and living room.

Excellent Property

Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the stay very much. It was too cold for us to swim but collecting shells was fun. We did see a few people swimming in ocean but they did not stay long. A few people were surfing in wetsuits. The balcony allowed us to watch pelicans and dolphins. There were good restaurants close by just go right out of the parking lot. Thanksgiving meal at The Garlic was delicious.

Nice Vacation Rental

The property and the manager are both great. The condo was an older condo, but well, well, maintained. All the appliances are new and worked great. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook at home. The washer & dryer are top line. The showers worked very well, with plenty of water pressure. The managers are kind, respond accordingly and fully understood any question asked of them. They were also up-front with the construction that was underway at the north portion of the complex.

Perfect Week in Paradise!

Property listing and pictures are very accurate. However, views from the balcony are much more amazing than any picture will show. Condo was perfect for our stay. Cleanliness is important to us and t was great. The kitchen was had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and a good selection of things for the beach. We left a cooler to add to the beach collection! Heated pool was fun and refreshing. Location was the best! Beach couldn't of been nicer. Also, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Communication, check in, and check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great location, ongoing construction on other building was NOT a problem.

We had a fantastic time in the condo! We were warned in advance of the ongoing construction so we knew to expect some noise and inconvenience. Honestly, you couldn't hear the construction at ALL inside the condo and only minimally on the balcony. It wasn't a problem at all. The seventh floor (top floor) balcony was huge and since it wrapped around the condo there were no obstructions to block the view or the breeze. The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances, the place was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative I can think of is, the dishwasher was SO QUIET that now we think we need to upgrade ours at home. LOL. Wish we could have stayed longer but we'll definitely be back!

Magnificent view of the ocean

We spent a week in this oceanfront condo. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with everything one needs to feel at home. That included the 5 beach chairs that we used everyday (thank you for that), the beach umbrella and a football that my boys used a lot! It was probably one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in, and it looked very well maintained - for example, the joint around the tub looked recently redone, room corners were clean, etc. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and we were able to control the air using AC/heat and also the dehumidifier to be comfortable. Probably my only complaint would be the fairly loud air conditioning units (from multiple condos) that are located right next to the master bedroom window - I had to use earplugs but my husband was able to sleep fine. But otherwise in terms of noise the complex was very quiet, no parties or loud people.By far the greatest thing about the condo was the view of the ocean and the beach. We even caught an amazing sunrise one day. The access to the beach was unparalleled, with a boardwalk directly from the property and a shower to rinse sandy feet when coming back.The Florida Vacay management team was top notch - before, during and after our stay. They were quick to respond to queries and very helpful, and I would definitely return to one of their properties in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This location was Perfect if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay on the beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony nearly every day we were there! The place was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand castle accessories- so it was nice not having to purchase or rent these items. The pool was heated and the communication with management was great. The construction wasn't a problem at all. They started their day at reasonable times and didn't work on the weekends. The view was Outstanding!

Overall condo & the views were amazing...place was clean & very nice as listed on VRBO. The only 2 items that I'd comment on that were a challenge...the sliding door to the back patio was very hard to open, the ladies needed assistance to open & close the door...the down pillows should be replaced with foam pillows or provide some extra foam pillows...Overall great condo, great views, & an awesome location in New Smyrna Beach...
