WITH THIS PROPERTY YOU GET BOTH!!

This is an oceanfront property named Pelican Perch because of its sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from each east-facing deck and nearly every room in the townhouse. This luxury property is perched perfectly within walking distance of Flagler Avenue, the mecca of NSB, making for a 1-block walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars on the main strip of our lively beach town. From your front door it is only steps across a parking lot to the white sand and waves below. So perfect you will leave the car and walk everywhere!

This quaint community comprises three exclusive units. The Pelican Perch is the premium unit in the complex, in that it is the unit closest to the ocean, therefore providing awesome views from every floor and nearly every room with HUGE WINDOWS overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! This premium townhome is extremely popular with renters.

UPSCALE PRISTINE PROPERTY, BEAUTIFUL SETTING, PERFECT LOCATION!
This home has an open floor plan that accommodates the entire guest party very comfortably, with 4 fully private bedrooms (1 king bed in primary suite / 2 queen beds/ 1 bunk bed with queen mattresses) 3 full baths, and one half bath. This property hosts its own private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Beyond this private parking is an enjoyable city park directly on the beach with cabanas, sand-pit volleyball, a playground, and a boardwalk with steps down to the beach. Behind the home is an easement lot with another beach boardwalk lined with native palm trees and dune grass.

The first bedroom is located on the entry level and features a private exterior back door and an en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom includes dual access; one door connecting directly to the bedroom and another opening to the main entry hallway, allowing convenient access for guests.

Up one level to the main floor, you’ll find the inviting family room, dining area, and a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and real granite countertops. This open-concept space is ideal for socializing and entertaining, with seamless flow between rooms. The dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, with additional seating at the bar-top counter.
The family room offers stunning views of the beach and ocean beyond, along with ample comfortable seating centered around an oversized flat-screen smart TV.

Step out onto the southeast-facing balcony to soak in the sights and sounds of the sea. From here, you can enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the waves and watch for dolphins, surfers, or pelicans diving for their next meal..binoculars encouraged!

Also located on this main level is the second bedroom, featuring a queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower and is accessible both from the bedroom and the main living area for added convenience.

Nested upon the upper level of Pelican Perch is a newly remodeled impressive PRIVATE Primary Bedroom, with a spacious, designer seating area and XL flat screen television & walk-in closet. From the Primary Suite balcony, you'll enjoy an incredible sunrise-facing seascape overlooking the Atlantic with spectacular sweeping views of the shoreline like no other, offering a birds-eye view from high in the sky. Great location

Amazing Location

This property was steps away from the beach and just as described in the listing. The property is well taken care of and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check is was extremely easy. There are beach towels and chairs provided, but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need more. There are cars parked on the beach and travelling up and down the beach which takes up a good portion of the sandier areas. There are a lot fees that will be imposed if you do not follow all the cleaning rules, but overall a great place to stay at NSB!

This house is no doubt in a GREAT location. You'll have a great view of the beach and you can walk directly down onto the beach using the boardwalk just steps away from the house. Flager street is just a 5 minute walk as well. Communication with the property manager was great. She was quick to respond.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with great views of the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a nice town to visit and is a good jumping off point for Orlando, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for adults and teens

I have rented several properties in NSB over the years and this is by far my favorite! Beautiful view, can’t beat the location (can walk to beach and Flagler Ave) and the layout is perfect for adults and teens. Not ideal for families with younger children or people who aren’t good with stairs.

The house was conveniently located near the beach and Flagler Ave. The check in process was super easy. House was well appointed. Rooms were lovely. Lots of beach toys, chairs and boards available to use. Plenty of parking, too.

Quality location and facility

We loved the location and being able to walk to both the beach and the shops/restaurants on Flagler. But, more importantly, the last remodel of the town home (however long ago that's been) made it clean and very nice to stay. The ease of getting in - all set up in advance was very nice as well. We enjoyed all the views, the garage, the towels, the toys, etc.

Best place to stay in all of New Smyrna Beach

This was our second time staying in this property and we love it. We hope to be back again one day. I don’t think there is a more ideal location or view than this townhouse. There is plenty of room for a large family. Property manager is very responsive and accommodating. We love every single thing about it.

Manager was extremely organized and friendly. There were many Extras provided like chairs and boogie boards. But the condo had just been sprayed for termites and we did see dead termites around. The house could’ve been a little cleaner.

Young family beach vacation

The rental is awesome for a multi-generational, family or multi-family vacation. We had 4 young kids and two couples and had plenty of space. Rental had all the things you needed plus lots of beach items that we wished were listed as amenities so we didn’t have to bring towels and beach toys from home. Access to the beach was awesome. Views from the windows were great! Wish we would have known the beach was a car beach, meaning all day long cars are driving down the beach like a road, which is not ideal for little kids. Also chose the wrong week when all the nearby high schoolers came and overtook the beach and Flagler ave. Needless to say, the rental and location of the rental were great.

Extended Weekend Trip

Our family stayed in this beautiful home during our extended weekend trip to attend a family wedding. The pictures don't do this home justice. The home was extremely well stocked. The hostess, Natasja, was so wonderful to work with and was available before, during, and after our stay to help with any questions we had. This location is on the drive part of the beach and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Fall Break

Our daughter is a teacher and able to get away for Fall Break. We all loved being so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. Everyone agreed it was so nice to park your car and be able to walk to almost everywhere.

Lovely, well kept property right at the beach.

What a delightful week for the family. Easy short walk to the beach just north of the Flagler car ramp. Very nicely appointed with furniture, televisions and kitchen ware. Happily they’ve kept a nice selection of spices and condiments so you don’t need to drag all that stuff with you. Can’t wait to return next summer.

We rented this condo for my husband’s 60th birthday. Upon arrival the condo seemed OK We noticed a lot of construction going on to the condo windows and such exposed insulation in the master bedroom. One of the garages we couldn’t use because they had windows in there so that really limited parking but it was clean. It was conveniently located to the beach. The parking was very tight but doable. Lots of stairs. Pretty much had everything we needed.. upon arrival we noticed the lights flickering a lot on the main floor. My husband is an electrician and he said that’s not good but we were on vacation and dealt with it. We were to stay there from Thursday to the following Wednesday on Sunday night of our stay we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the lights on the main floor kitchen living room went out for about 20 minutes. Came back on for about five minutes and went back out for the remainder of the night. That obviously ended our celebration. We contacted the owner that evening. Heard back from her about 2 o’clock in the afternoon the next day. She said if we would like to check out early aday early she would refund one day back to us so we spent hours doing that required house work stripping the beds, doing the laundry, making sure all the bed laundry and towels was washed which is a requirement. Or we would be charged more. We went ahead and checked out a day early.

Will DEFINITELY stay again

You cannot beat this location. The home is beautiful and decorated amazingly. The property manager responded with any questions within minutes. The home was very clean, had everything you could need and I’m not sure if there is a better location in all of NSB. We will definitely rent this property again.
