Beautifully decorated with Florida flair, this direct oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with breathtaking views of the ocean from almost every room! A corner unit on the ground floor next to the pool, this condo allows for easy access to the beach and pool area. Relax on the wrap-around patio as the kids play at the pool. You will love your time here!

Take in the amazing oceanfront views from the spacious living room featuring a large section couch, and smart TV that connects to Netflix, VCR, and DVD player. The freshly updated, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need to prepare meals for the family. Enjoy meals with a view from the oceanfront dining room featuring seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4.

The oceanfront master suite features access to the oceanfront patio, king-size bed, smart TV that connects to Netflix, wireless charging bedside digital alarm clock with USB charging port, desk, and private bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. 3rd bathtub/shower.

The Ocean Condominium complex is one of the few in the Bethune Beach area that allows for weekly rentals. This small complex, consisting of just 20 units, offers breathtaking views of the quiet, car-free beach to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west. The Ocean Condominium offers secured entry and underground parking, available on a first come first serve basis. Amenities include an oceanfront pool and spa. Within walking distance, guests will find the Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park which offers beach volleyball, tennis/basketball courts, a kayak launch, a fishing pier, a playground, and picnic tables. This park also backs up to a well-known manatee area which can be viewed during warm summer months. JB's Fish camp is also within walking distance, offering some of the best local seafood around. A riverfront dining experience, JB's Fish Camp also offers kayak and paddleboard rentals. The Ocean Condominium is just minutes from the Canaveral National Seashore where guests can launch a boat, ride their bike, fish, or walk the trails. This condo was absolutely AMAZING! I grew up 30 min from New Smyrna (now live in MA) & wanted my family to have a true FL beach experience! This location provided all of that and more! Exactly as pictured and we loved being on the first floor.

Family beach week

My family and I loved staying in your condo! We had plenty of room and the condo is very well equipped. The beach and pool access can’t be beat! In my opinion it’s the best condo in the building. One thing I would encourage you to add would be a step stool for little ones to wash their hands and a booster seat.

Wonderful condo!!

This condo was a perfect location for our family of five PLUS our Labrador retriever. Having the pool and hot tub right outside our door was great for what we needed with the kids and dog. Can’t wait to go back!!

View is amazing, you can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining room table-- you can hear the waves from the master bedroom. The entire back wall of condo is floor to ceiling windows, the one solid living room wall is mirrored and also reflected the ocean. The AC kept the entire place very cool.

Fantastic Beachside Condo

Spacious and clean ideally located on the beautiful Bethune Beach. Had a wonderful time with the pool and hot tub just off our private patio. A few dozen steps more takes you right on the beach. We loved every bit of it a d are planning to return soon. Suggestions: Provide a new set of quality knives. Fix the ice cube dispenser. Ice gets caught in the delivery chute. Dish clothes. These are but minor inconveniences.
