First off this was a great 3br 2ba full of character one level condo. If you have never traveled to the east coast be ready for a culture shock and fast past life styles!!! My family of 4 (6ft men) slept comfortably in this space. We didn’t plan to stay at the condo, our intention was to be in the city every day all day! The Host Chris was amazing very involved to making our stay comfortable and make sure everything was working. His response time to every call was immediate. We did at first have issues with the heat but there were several space heaters until the issue was corrected. The WiFi had some issues as we did use all 4 tvs but that was also taken care of quickly! Parking is tight but we were able to park a Toyota Sequoia 7seater just fine (husband professional driver though) if you don’t have parking skills get a smaller vehicle lol! The drive time to the city anywhere was good timing if you give yourself time to move around. Check out the hacks and tips and places to eat from the host we did and it was excellent! Moral to this story we will be back!!!

For me it was a good option to stay near NYC without breaking the bank. It is exactly as depicted on this page, 3 bdrm 2 baths and a living room with a nice sized couch, also we found a air mattress in one of the rooms so that's a plus. We had plenty of space for 7 guests. We were only 25 min from the city, Christian did a great job communicating and the check in process was easy. That being said I had an issue with 2 things. Number one when I booked this place, I was very keen on the no smoking policy, but when we arrived, the whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. Apparently the party who booked before us did not respect those rules, and it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep with that smell so hopefully something is done about that. The second thing is that while it's in a house, you only get the access to the first floor. I don't remember seeing anything in the description about that so buyer be warned, and I think maybe the people on the other levels were smoking just because of the strongness of that smell but idk, I would just be assuming at this point. Also believe the description when it says small to medium sized vehicles in the parking spot because nothing bigger will fit in that parking space. Also there's no pool, so ignore my giving them 5 stars for that. In conclusion, I would say it's a good stay. The proximity to the city, and the space, for the price you pay is worth it. But maybe bring a can of Ozium before checking in. 4/5 stars overall.
