Plum Island Sunset Bliss- 3 min walk to the beach

Peaceful Plum Island cottage, just renovated fall of 2018 & 2023 with New England coastal charm. Open floor plan and water views of the marsh, a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and enjoy the spectacular sunset directly in front of the house for a nightly show. Beach, boating, fishing, wildlife sanctuary and the historic downtown Newburyport all just 40 miles from Boston!

Layout is as follows:
Downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 night stands and full sized washer and dryer closet + walk in closet. Living, kitchen, dining, sitting room are all open. The upstairs queen bedroom is lofted with two night stands and also has a sleeping nook for one person (teenagers and preteens love this space!). The ceiling height is lower in the loft area and really tall folks may not feel comfortable. I am 5.8" and can stand up fully straight in the middle of the room.

The sleeping loft is separate from the living area and is open to the entryway below. The ceilings in the loft are lower, 5 feet 8 inches in the highest part. Super tall folks may not feel totally comfortable standing. In the loft room is the sleeping nook (teenagers love this!) and one of the queen sized beds (tie dyed headboard bed). The other bedroom is normal ceiling height and is on the first floor. No stairs to enter the property. Pets are considered with an additional cleaning fee, please inquire about costs, based on type of dog hair and length of trip. No cats.
