Spacious, Light and airy comfortable 2 bedroom apartment
Beautiful and well presented 2 double bedroom executive apartment located in Newbury Town Centre. Easy access to all local amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, salons etc.
One parking space is available in a secured gated parking area. Apartment is on the 2nd floor but can be accessed via a lift.
Whether you are staying in Newbury for work or for pleasure you will find the apartment to be very conveniently located with easy access to the M4 as well as M3.
A flexible and great alternative to staying in a hotel. An apartment gives you greater privacy, more space and all the conveniences of home. A good sized kitchen will allow you to cook your own meals in comfort.
There are 2 double bedroom, one with an en suite shower room and a full bathroom with bath and shower over. Spacious lounge area that is light and airy with 2 large windows letting in fresh air and light. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker and oven.
You will also find an iron and ironing board for your convenience as well as a hair-dryer.
I have very good and flexible availability and can accommodate day time, evening or weekend arrivals.
Located in the middle of Newbury Town centre in a quiet location, you can easily walk to shops - John Lewis, Marks and Spencers, Phase eight, Jigsaw, Mint Velvet, Tesco and many more. Restaurants include; The Golden Horse (Thai) Dominos, plenty of Indian restaurants to choose from, Cotes Brassiere, Starbucks, plus many many more. There are number of nice pubs in the town too including a couple that are located on the canal. If you enjoy going for a walk there a beautiful canal walk as well as many footpaths to explore.
Newbury train station is just a 10min walk from the apartment and a train into London will take just 50 mins. The bus station is located only 5 mins away. If you prefer to travel by car, M4 is very close by. M3 is just 20 mins drive and the A34 will take you towards Oxford and the north or towards Southampton, Winchester etc.
