Being located on the first floor, guests have 12 stairs to enter + there is an effective audio intercom to the living room to minimize using the stairs when your guests/visitors are entering the building.
There are plenty of bicycle & walking/hiking paths to utilize in the area. You really don't need to use a vehicle to enjoy this apartment & neighborhood. Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks/surf beaches, buses, light rail, ferries & CBD all within a very short level walk. There is a fully stocked FoodWorks grocery supermarket for supplies just 40m away on Scott St! Open 7.30am-7.30pm

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE;
Famous Newcastle "East End Ice Creamery" is only 35m towards the beach on Zaara St.

The 2 balconies are set up for dining/drinks & relaxing just watching the world pass by.
