The location is ideal, with an easy walk to the beach, resort, surf club, and local shops. There are also lovely walks available in Wallarah National Park.

Perched in an elevated position, this home is perfectly situated to showcase the breath-taking views over Caves Beach, extending to Redhead and even Lake Macquarie.
Three large stacker doors open onto a spacious deck, seamlessly expanding the living space outdoors. This area is perfect for alfresco dining, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ under the covered deck.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, Caesarstone countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and a walk-in pantry.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite, and a walk-in robe. Large glass doors open onto the expansive deck, offering stunning views of the sunrise and moonrise over the ocean.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a dressing table, and a clothes hanging rack, while the third bedroom contains two single beds.
The main bathroom offers a spa bath for a relaxing, bubbly experience.
The home also boasts a beautiful yard with lush gardens and a carport for one car and driveway for more cars.

We loved a blissful easy stay in a great beach house. Imagine you have an older but not daggy relative who has lent you their place - because that’s 100 percent the vibe. Beautiful ocean and lake views and the property is equipped with not just the basics but pretty much everything you’d need oh holiday - fast wifi, a proper coffee machine, full laundry, through to a fully equipped updated kitchen with a absolutely everything whether that’s a meat tenderiser, avocado saver or cling wrap. Caves beach itself is pristine and with a safe patrolled beach. Exceeded our expectations- we’d absolutely visit again (both the property and the area)
