I wonder if Hotels.com checks these accommodations before advertising them
Unsafe :as telephone cable had been pulled out of socket and left hanging in a plastic bag.
Unsafe; no Smoke or Carbon Monoxide alarms anywhere in the property
Unclean: molds growing around the bath and shower door
Unclean: skirting boards full of long settled dust
Unsuitable: no hanging place anywhere No wardrobe ,Rail or hooks clothes had to be hung on unclean door tops. No towel rail so towel had to be hung on cabinet door handles
Unsuitable: one small cooking pot only the only kitchen tea towel was dirty.
WiFi: could not connect having tried several times caring phones and laptop
Curtains and blinds were there but the place needed was the bathroom no blinds or curtain whilst the bathroom window looked onto the neighbouring garden
Drive: the drive was not official as there was no dropped curb and the drive entry was very narrow. And the entry way was dirty with long standing dust and muck under the bedroom window
I do have photos to back all I have said
I am disappointed with Hotels.com and totally dissatisfied. I may not use you again
