Ok, not the best.
Posted Mar. 22, 2024 on HotelsThe room was average. I assume that the price reflected the location and not necessarily the facilities. The housekeeping was a bit slack, the handwash was not topped up when it was almost empty. And also, the bed was made but the room was not cleared very well.

We had a great weekend visiting Newcastle and staying here.
Sadly on the first night of our stay our room was just too hot and the AC unit wasn’t working and we couldn’t get the temperature down. Thankfully the staff moved us the next day and the best room was perfect. The service hotel and facilities were fantastic!

Great location for exploring Newcastle and Gateshead. The room was great and the breakfast was lovely.
