We booked to stay here the day of arrival in Newcastle, due to sudden cancellations of another hotel! As we were up for graduation it was extremely difficult to find somewhere to stay that day as everywhere was booked up. Claire and her team were our saving grace and found an available apartment for us. They went above and beyond to personally drop the keys to us with a bottle of champagne! The apartment was spacious, clean and in a lovely area. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you !
