It was wonderful being so close to the beach and boardwalk. It also helped that it was sunny everyday!

5 calls to obtain door code/ live roaches/unrepaired wall holes/no blankets/duvees crumpled/distance to beach MUCH more than told/T.V. system poorly functional/sofa arm falling off/cheap furniture/mobile A.C. units held together with masking tape/advertised as 'the Ritz' but was less than a Motel 6.........RENTER BE WARE !!!!!!

Hello Frank,We are disappointed to hear of your perception of our home in Newport Beach. After looking back on our call log, we can confirm that we only received one call from you requesting the door code, which had been sent to you 2-hours prior to the check-in time via email, as promised. It was also provided to you a second time when you reached out to us. We have had this unit thoroughly inspected for any bugs and can confirm that there are no pests present in the home. While we are unsure of what you are referring to regarding "unprepared wall holes," we acknowledge that a towel rack had been removed from the bathroom wall, but it had been appropriately patched prior to your check-in. We provide ample bedding for the existing beds in the unit as well as linens and comforters for the pull-out couches. They are all in the open closets. We have shared your feedback regarding the crumpled duvets with our cleaning team to ensure that the beds are properly made in a clean manner that matches our high standards. We have had our maintenance team do a thorough check of the TVs throughout the unit and they confirmed that as of May 10, 2023 all TV systems are in proper working order. Our unit is stocked with high-quality furniture and equipment (such as portable ACs) that are all in good working order. We always encourage our guests to alert us immediately if anything does not live up to your expectations during your stay, however, none of these concerns were brought to our attention until after you checked out, so we did not have an opportunity to address them during your stay.
