Posted Jan. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayOverall property is nice -- it needs to be noted that to get into the property you must walk all the way to end of the alley to the fence to access the property. It was very dark when we arrived and no lights were on and instructions on how far back to walk was not clear. Also note that there are NOT two queen beds. There is one queen bed and a queen sofa bed (that is not comfortable). Location was good and the place is well stocked with supplies.

Needs updating for the price
Posted Dec. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayThis place was very expensive for the cold, off-peak season. The showers were old and broken in both bathrooms. The fixtures and furniture were also old. The ceilings and walls were really thin as I was woken up in the middle of the night by a tenant coming in upstairs.
There are tons of properties in Newport Beach where you can stay for much cheaper, and they’re much nicer.

Vrbo vacation
Posted Nov. 14, 2022 on HomeAwayIt was nice and close to the beach and food. My only complaint was that there was a family on the upper floor with small kids. The kids were running and stomping early like around 6-7am and didn’t stop. I finally went up and talked to one parent (nicely). She apologized but the kids still did the same later.
