The door and stairs to the upper unit are on the opposite side of the headboard in the master bedroom. You hear every step in BOTH of the bedrooms since the upper unit's living room is directly above. Location is great, garage parking is a bonus and the house is well decorated. However, I would not stay in this unit again due to our complete lack of sleep over 7 nights.We called the police multiple times over the corse of our stay when parties above us went until 3am most nights. Management did nothing for us. We actually ended up cutting the trip short to go home and catch up on sleep before heading back to work.
Overall, the stay was good. The location was great. The home is very modern and cute. It fit the 5 of us very well. Plenty of space. The garage was a bit too small to fit our Toyota truck. So parking wasnât the greatest for us. We parked across the street and it was limited to 6 hr parking ($22 for 6 hrs-not too bad). I didnât rate it a 5 since the shower curtains and throw pillows could use a wash.Additionally, you can hear the renters upstairs. It was also a bit difficult to enter the home. The instructions regarding the unlocking and locking of the doors could be better explained, it took us a good 10 minutes to get in when we first got there. Enjoyed our stay overall.
Condo was updated and very clean and in a great locationâŠsteps from the bay and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfy. Itâs a pretty small space and was a little tight for our family of 4. But the courtyard was nice, quiet, and extended the living space. Loved having a garage. Plenty of space for 2 mid-size SUVs to park.
Property was beautifully decorated and updated, would stay here again. Could throw a rock into the bay thatâs how close you are, ocean short 2min walk to sand. Thanks again for hosting us!
great place to stay! Location perfect and clean home! I will come again. Garage is tight I have a Honda pilot you cannot go bigger and have some tight parking skills.
We had a bumpy start trying to get access to the property, we were forced to download a different app in order to get the door codes. I would have preferred to have that information texted to me.
The home, and location were great, for a small family.
We were in Newport Beach for a graduation and to see friends. This property was perfect for what we needed. It had a fully stocked kitchen and 2 nice bedrooms and baths. Loved the patio outside. I would stay here again for sure!
Place was very nice and great location, heater didnât work as thermostat was in error the whole time. Contacted property manager and sent me directions of how to reset supposedly, that didnât work. WI-FI is not good and bedroom TVs had hard time connecting. Very noisy when someone is in upstairs unit. They left after 2 days so it wasnât too bad for us when the upstairs tenants left.
The until is exactly as described and very clean and new.
