The location is great, you can easily walk anywhere in town. The front desk clerk worked minimal hours due to it being off season. The ice machine is only accessible by employees so we had no access.

Lovely historical building in downtown Newport, fantastic location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea with tasty snacks. Very nice room with period furnishings, quality linens and very clean. First time staying here. Will definitely return.

The staff was amazing, I'm assuming the owners. I had surgery & my Mom who is in her late 60's we're extremely well taken care of. Moved to the 1st floor. Props to this establishment. Location was great.
