We stayed at here on a Sunday evening in November. The overall property was quaint and cozy and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent and definitely exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is that our room smelled like a very heavy cologne and it was rather unpleasant. We also stayed here off-season so the free parking was a very nice perk and the location was perfect for walk ability in downtown Newport. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Inn.. room was very clean and quaint.. a wonderful continental breakfast with snacks at tea time. Great location as so much was walkable or very close by.
