A Vacation at 410 Thames Street offers visitors a modern and elegant retreat in the heart of Newports famous historic district. This home away from home features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters, stainless steel appliances and it's fully stocked with cookware; making it an ideal venue for entertaining family, friends and other guests while visiting the City by the Sea. All three bedrooms feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, this residence features in home laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable and parking for two vehicles. This home is located within walking distance to everything downtown Newport has to offer and is only a short drive to local beaches and sites. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

This is a great property. Beautiful and perfectly located. Walking distance to great restaurants, sailing excursions, stores, etc. And it has parking, which is needed in Newport, especially during the summer.

Great spot

Stayed for a long weekend for the Folk Festival. Perfect location! Would stay here again. The loft is on the main street so there was definitely occasional noise from the street....didn’t bother us at all, but some may prefer a more quiet spot. Overall, perfect for our family!

Newport Family Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Our kids and granddaughter enjoyed the space which was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had a fire alarm issue the first night which was quickly remedied by a maintenance crew the next day. It is a great place for a family get together.

Celebrating our baby sisters 50th birthday, my four sisters and I had never been to Newport before, so lovely, wonderful spot to have a base and even though the weather stunk, we had a great time! The loft’s location was ideal, beds were very comfortable, the coffee is a keurig, which would have been good to know to buy pods before going. Thank you so much. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Newport.

Great location, beautiful space

We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!

Great Experience

We were so impressed with this unit. It was spacious and clean. We woke up our first mornings and the Keurig broke. After calling, they had a new one there in no time! The location to downtown was also great. We walked to a lot of places and Ubers were easy to get for further trips.

A lovely stay.

Great location. Brilliant instructions. Clean tidy and well stocked with towels soap etc. The only slight mishap which was corrected easily with a phone call is that the electronic code changes bang on check out time . So when we came back to pick up our bags 10 minutes after check out time the code had changed. Managed to rectify remotely with a new temporary code. Overall highly recommended

Great location & clean property in Newport

This property was perfect for a group of us attending a friend's wedding in Newport. The property was walkable from everything downtown and the beginning of the cliff walk (20 minute walk). The property was spacious, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms are even bigger & nicer than they look in the pictures. Overall we were thrilled with our stay here.

Convenient for everything

Property and experience with the rental company were fantastic! All our needs were met promptly. This property is located right in the heart of the busy waterfront area. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the spot for you. Nevertheless, once it is time for bed things start to settle down and sleep is peaceful.
