Property was accurate to description. Amazing location. Very comfortable beds. Good size for two couples staying. Downside was unresponsive host when requesting a late checkout and the black mold in the living room window AC unit.

Great location

Arriving at the building is a disappointing experience. Paint is chipping and front door and access keypad needs replacing. Weeds. Once you get inside the apartment it is wonderful and just as described.

Great place!!

A really nice place to stay, and would definitely stay there again. It’s a convenient location close to downtown shopping and restaurants. There’s a great little hands on aquarium within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful, even when I unnecessarily messaged her, which I feel bad for. The little balcony/deck gave a nice view of the surrounding area. We were there in Jan so not a lot of time spent out there, but in the summer months it would be a really nice place to sit.

Clean and Close to Everything

My husband, myself, and some family came to Rhode Island for a wedding and wanted to stay right in Newport. This location was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and the apartment had everything we needed as well. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was parking which is out of the owners hands of course- parking around town is very limited and metered.. just something to be aware of. We had a great stay and I would recommend this place!
