The room was very weird. The door was i. Tje 2nd floor. The room was on the 3rd. The door opened into a steep awkwardly placed staircase. Have to be on the stairs to open or close. Opening the door is extremely dangerous you have to stand on the 2nd or 3rd step to open the door. Then reach down and open.. The stairs are very narrow and not very wide. Also the info about having 2 hot tubs and a sauna is incorrect. The 2nd hot tub has been closed for months. The suana in the womans broken. Other than that the staff were great. Crab dock awesome. Rooms clean

The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. What really stood out was the excellent customer service — every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Newport!

Room was wonderfully warm and beachy. We felt like we were in our own world. The studio was well laid out with a sitting, eating, and sleeping area. The bed was comfy and the sheets crisp and white. The view was amazing!

The only thing I did not enjoy was one of the reasons I pay that cost and go there is for the private crabbing dock would be nice if it is closed for wether or something it should be posted on website
