We were sadly frustrated by the wi fi issue that did not get resolved until Thur when we texted Matt and he explained that the new wifi had not been given to us and the help number was still using the old wifi info. The home was comfortable and well stocked

Pictures made the place look a bit nicer than it really is. We had management come and remove an area rug that had too much pet odor and had to spray Febreeze on the couch. We were unable to use the dishwasher as it had mildew even after running a sanitizer cycle. Dryer needs to have the vent cleaned as clothes weren’t getting dry. Location of the place is great!

Nice quiet duplex in Nye Beach

It was clean and comfortable. Quiet too! Not luxurious but we didn’t expect that for the price . The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of clean linens too.

Family stay, short trip

Went here with my family (myself, husband and 1.5 yo daughter). Excellent location, just minutes from the beach and shops/restaurants. If you’re up for it, just a mile from the historic bay front area! Great home, place to park, easy checkin and access. Loved that we had two bedrooms, each with enough space for a pack n play; black out curtains too - nice and dark at night. Super clean space, felt like home away from home. Really liked the lack of carpet since my daughter is allergic to dust mites. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and value

We had a great family weekend at the coast, this duplex is right next to Nye Beach and all its cute shops and cafes and a short drive to the bay front and aquarium. So affordable for a great location! The only downside for us was the noise of the duplex, our neighbors and us both had a toddler so the late/early running and footsteps were loud on both sides. Otherwise would love to stay again!

The bad: it sleeps 6 but provides only 4 chairs, lots of dirty dishes, 1 dirty wash cloth on bathroom vanity lights, no coat hooks and it DUMPED every day we were there, and no candles for when the power went out. The great: inexpensive, accepted our dog, great wifi, close to everything, available on short notice for my grandma's memorial, and quick responsiveness from the hosts when the power went out.
