The beds were terrible. We had to ask the staff for an extra blanket and washcloths We received a blanket but only after going to the front desk but never received the washcloths. The sliding glass door seeped so much cold air you could not sit next to the sliders. The walls are paper thin. You could hear conversations in the next room. I was so disappointed with the stay. I will not go back.

First visit since they remodeled. They did a phenomenal job with renovations. Feels more like a resort than a hotel. Lots of cozy, comfortable sofas, chairs and places to hang out. Rooms are tastefully appointed with all modern amenities.

We went for a spa weekend and the spa was completely booked for all 3 days. This would have been understandable as the had a wedding and a non profit meeting on the same weekend. However , when we asked if we could use the advertised amenities such as the sauna we were told you could only have access if you made a spa appointment. Obviously we couldn’t do that. It would have been nice if we were allowed to pay for a day pass into the spa like other resorts allow. There was nothing for us to do onsite. We just spent all 3 days out. We were looking for a more relaxing rejuvenating weekend. We didn’t get it.
