We stay here every time we come to Newport. It’s in a great location and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Rooms are all a nautical theme, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, Carlos helped us out when we were just there! Thank you Carlos!

The staff was very helpful and the room was so clean and comfortable. Spacious. I loved the floor to ceiling windows and the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing.

The room was very small. There wasn’t a closet, or drawers for storage,or general amenities. The bathroom was tiny…no grab bars in shower. No adequate information about parking. Staff was fine…the valet parking attendant was very pleasant. Luckily we got a good deal on the room. We would never pay their regular. With all options in Newport you need to reevaluate what customers need. Reviews on line agree for the most part.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and local shops. Staff were very helpful with food recommendations and directions. Room was nicely design and eco-friendly. Only down side was room did not have a fridge.

The location of Hammet's is perfect. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful waterfront views. We were upgraded to a waterview room because it was my husband's birthday.
