Our quiet shingled 'Nantucket Style' cottage perches herself overlooking the soft breezy tranquil waters of Mt. Hope Bay and is directly on a private beach. This charming Beach Chic Rose Cottage transports you to life in a ocean front home. Step out of your car onto our sea shelled lined drive and hear the crunch of the shells under your flip flops. Smell the roses as you walk under the rose covered arbor towards your fresh new open air sea cottage. It is a wash in breezy ocean colors overlooking the sea. It is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee watching the red sunrise or have a glass of wine watching the captains billowing sails go by towards their open sea adventure. A balmy night, the moonlit sea, a soft breeze, the infusion of fresh sea air throughout the house, sultry music together with a dazzling view of twinkling lights across the bay bridge make for one of the most memorable evenings of the summer! You won't want to leave! The coastal appeal, cushy down pillows, hand rolled towels and your personal platter of treats awaits your arrival!

The tranquil blue and white 'hydrangea room' features a king size canopy bed thoughtfully appointed in blue and white damask designer linens, down pillows and down duvets and is perfect for a plush week of restful sleep. Keep your windows open to hear the water lapping against the shore.
The 'Rose Garden' room is done in a cottage white and blue decor with special touches of down pillows and duvets. Window boxes full of blooms and beachy themed accents.

A new English white kitchen with white glass cabinets, butcher block counters, electric stove and a farmers sink is ready for you to enjoy if you decide to cook or just make tea. Our Blue and White English China is a nice appointment for tea and scones or fresh lobster salad which is plentiful here in Bristol! Local wine is left for you in the fridge along with your personal platter of treats upon your arrival! We are open winter, spring, summer or fall. We decorate and suggest visits during our towns celebrations each season. Fourth of July is a pinnacle in Bristol and is exciting to experience right down to our Red, White and Blue striped streets! Although there is much to to here, many of our guests just
spend time on the beach in front of the cottage.

Some of our guests fish directly in front of the house for their catch of the day. You can shell all day and walk the beach, take your own boat or use our kayaks - call for our mooring availability and capacity. Anyone who wants a get away for a special occasion or just a vacation, this is a special place to come and not far from any adventure, including the fantastic Newport Mansions, Polo Grounds, Roger Williams Zoo, the stately homes of Bristol, our favorite casual restaurants, golf, etc...
Come prepared for anything, or just bring your flip flops and enjoy being at home on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

The location is great : just in front of a private beach in a very lovely landscape The house is small but lovely . It’s fully equipped with everything you need , the cutlery and the pottery are very elegant and every detail Is perfect . Dee is a wonderful host

This was booked for 4 women for a girls trip. The cottage is tastefully decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the cabinets were well equipped for making breakfast. We were surprised to find that the cottage wasn’t a stand alone property and was behind another unit that was facing the water. There was a water view from the door only. The king bed room was crowded- there’s no room to walk around the bed maybe 12 inches or so- and there’s no storage area, so everything was kind of cramped. There was a nicely curated list of local spots, and we took the suggestion of the Lobster Pot which was 10 minutes away by Uber. Cottage is Close to the bike shop and bike path, and we easily explored down town after a couple minute drive. It was so thoughtful to leave the tray of goodies in the fridge, but be were surprised that some of the items were over ripe, had already been used/opened and there was no local wine as stated in the letter. The owner was very responsive, though she did unexpectedly drop in on us which we found slightly odd, if not invasive. I did not know in advance of this booking that we would have to replace all the linens on the beds ourselves prior to leaving. This leads be to believe that our linens were placed by some previous renter and that is slightly unsettling.

PERFECT STAY
I actually cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay. Dee is so detail oriented, its a level of hospitality you just dont see anymore. I found out from one of the people who helps on the property that she is an interior decorator and it just makes so much sense woth how beautiful it is. The decor is so detail oriented, and she put fresh cut flowers in every single room of our unit. The platter of treats is bountiful, its not really just one snack but more like 4 or 5. Small touches like makeup remover in the bathroom just make you feel so thought of. We came for our anniversary and just had the most lovely time enjoying the view and relaxing. Bring water shoes if you want to put your feet in the water though, the stoney shore is tough on the feet and slippery.

Beautiful location!
Spent a few days in Bristol at this lovely little cottage. On the quiet east side with a beautiful water view. Completely updated, small but comfortable for me and my husband. Awesome host who left the most generous welcome platter! Next time will look to rent the front cottage with larger deck and better view!

Lovely property and Deni is an EXCELLENT host! Great spot for a couple of days on the water. Bristol is a cool little town and very good restaurants and lots of opportunity to walk around.

Lovely little cottage on the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the New Beach Rose Boutique Cottage on the Beach. The cottage was just adorable. The decor just said “Weclome, come in and relax.” The welcome gifts of the lovely goodies in the fridge and the basket in the kitchen were very much appreciated and enjoyed. The cottage was centrally located for us to visit all the attractions that were were interested in seeing. The one time that I had to contact Dee, she was readily available and very helpful. There are plenty of chairs outside so that you could sit and enjoy watching the water If I had anything negative to say it would be that there is very little closet space. A small open area in second bedroom exists but held very little space for people to hang clothes, especially for more than one person. There was no closet in other bedroom. There was also only one comfortable chair in living room which made watching TV uncomfortable. The second person ended up sitting on a kitchen chair. Was also quite surprised that we had to make the bed for the next guest when we left. Didn’t mind doing it, just never heard of it before. But overall, there were more wonderful things than bad. I would love to stay there again!

Thank you for a lovely stay
Lovely place to stay for the Brown graduation. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need, and we really appreciated the snacks and drinks our host provided. There is a lovely deck area with comfortable chairs and lounge chairs for enjoying the coastal view. Highly recommend.
