Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. Check in was easy. Colleen graciously allowed us to check in early as we were travelling from out of town and arrived sooner than expected. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked. View of the bridge from the livingroom is very cool. We happened to catch a foggy sunset and I captured some good photos of the bridge from the back balcony. House is roomy and comfortable.

Beautiful Newport Escape

We enjoyed three nights at this beautiful home overlooking Yaquina Bay and the bridge. This is a great spot to watch birds in the bay from inside. It was our second visit, and we will be back!

My family was born and raised in Newport and this property is like coming home. The communication is amazing and the property is beautiful. Newport Front Row Seat

This delightful home features expansive views of the Yaquina River and the Yaquina Bay bridge and is an excellent place to enjoy all Newport offers. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of working space, the living room is comfortably furnished, the master bathroom floors are heated, and you can park in the garage.We found it easy to communicate with the owner and look forward to our next visit!

Another Great Stay

This is the second year my daughter and I used this amazing location as our “base camp” while participating in the Newport New Year Resolution Run. Once again it did not disappoint. It was very clean, organized and just plain comfortable. Plus, being able to just sit and watch the sea life and boats coming and going along the jetty was so relaxing. I would highly recommend it for anyone who just wants to get away and relax.

Whatever your reason for visiting Newport, this spot will check all the boxes. Views, relaxation, culinary therapy, peaceful sleeping, quiet time reading or playing games - this condo has it. Just bring your clothes

You won’t need anything else because this host has thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked well enough that a professional chef would be happy. There are puzzles, cards, movies to entertain any age the location is perfect. And the place is the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. We wanted just a few days away from home and actually had to force ourselves out of this lovely place to explore!
