Our first room had a broken heater and it was 26 degrees out. The wonderful manager moved us to another room immediately and we were very comfortable. This hotel suited our needs to be near the Coast Guard Training Center for our nephew’s graduation. Also, next door had convenient Tesla chargers for our car.

The hotel is very dated, looked like they remodeled part of it. The AC/Heater unit was super loud, I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. The carpet was old and smelly. The bed was good. The room and bathroom were cleaned. Breakfast was not good, but couldn't complain too much, since it was included.

The staff was nice.The room was nice.The amenity was nice. I think the only reason why I said it was good because it was noisy, like I can hear the neighbors really good and I always heard when someone upstairs or downstairs flushed the toilet.

I booked at this hotel because it had a POOL. Upon checking in, the front desk informed me that the pool is under renovation. This would have been helpful information to know upon booking my stay. I had 2 very disappointed kid's that had their swimsuits packed and ready to swim only to find out they could not swim. On a positive note. The staff was very polite, I walked past a staff member 4 times and each time she was very polite and said good morning, have a nice day, and Merry Christmas when i was leaving. The room was clean and the AC unit was nice and regulated the temperature im the room perfectly.
