Experience breathtaking mountain scenery from this luxurious four-bedroom townhouse at Sunday River. With a private deck, access to a community pool and hot tub, and unparalleled ski-in/ski-out convenience to Sunday River slopes, this residence offers the ultimate retreat.

Relax in style with two distinct living areas, a wood-burning fireplace, four cable TVs, and an open concept kitchen/living/dining area.

Spread across three levels, the main living area occupies the second level, featuring a spacious mudroom for ample ski gear storage. The sun-drenched living room boasts stunning mountain views. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for three at the bar-height counter. Step onto the deck from the family room, complete with a gas grill. A queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom completes this level.

Ascending to the third level, discover a primary suite with a king bed and private bath, alongside another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

The lower level accommodates a fourth bedroom with two queen beds and a bunk bed set. The lower-level living area provides an ideal space for children to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The Locke Mountain community offers additional amenities just a short walk away, including a private complex with a heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Indoors, guests can enjoy a sauna, changing rooms, and a spacious lounge with a fireplace, games, and a TV.

Great house and great location to the mountain. Very comfortable for hosting our family of 7. Gorgeous view and we loved the fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Family trip

Loved it all!! Unfortunately the conditions were icy for me but everything was wonderful at condo. We had fun hanging out together. A great start to skiing for grandkids
