    The hostess was very accommodating. Any questions or concerns the host was very attentive. The rental unit was a little older but served its purpose. The beds were amazing and very comfortable. There wasn’t enough bath towels and wash cloths to accommodate all the persons in our party but we ended up purchasing some so that everyone was able to have a towel and face cloth to shower it. The heating (thermostat) took some getting used to on how to operate it. Once set the heating worked great as it was quite cold in Niagara this past week. The host assisted in how to regulate the hot water as well. In the beginning of our stay the water was not very warm and the very first shower to run for my friend was nicely warm. After assistance from the host on working in the hot water it worked great. We did have one little altercation with some persons that I guess are looking to rent the property after my departure. They were insistent at first that they were to be in there for January 2st. They wanted to enter the unit and were also seeking confirmation of our stay and was asking questions such as when did we check in and when would be checking out. I was unavailable to speak to them personally but my travel guests recommended that they speak to the host to get it straightened out. I spoke to the hostess when I got opportunity and was advised that it would be dealt with and for me and my guests were not to worry as it would be taken care of, in which it was. Thank you.

    There was no upfront email on how to access the property.I was able to get the host’s number after a lot of back and forth on the app The first place we got was infested with flies after then we were given somewhere else and there was no follow up from anyone the following day if we were comfortable or if we need anything more knowing that this apartment was an impromptu for us.The water closet in the bathroom was not well placed in the ground making it shake every single time sitted on. We didn’t get extra garbage bag and the plates,pots and cutleries were dirty I had to get new ones not to talk of the toaster. The wifi kept tripping of and error message was that it was not connected to the internet.This was a bad experience for me .Customer service and satisfaction was nothing to write home about.Thank you

    The property was fine. The neighborhood was not great. The home seemed to be under repairs? Other peoples shoes were on the stairs was odd to me. The home was spacious enough, just not very comfortable for 6 people. Bathroom and kitchen had newer appliances. I was also concerned there were not any working smoke detectors and a broken carbon monoxide detector was on top of the fridge.

    Nice property. Owner very responsive. I would like to see night stands and side lamps in all bedrooms. Place was large and had a wonderful big front pirch.

    Excellent positives about this st ay. - very good location for attractions. - clean house, linens. - Manager was always very available in response to questions Recommendations - a welcome folder with information about trash, Wi-Fi, etc. Would reduce the number of disturbances to the manager - *** a description of the kitchen should be added to the website. There was no oven and we were not aware. It made preparation of meals tricky. - Several additional kitchen cloths and towels would be helpful - Several large pots are needed. What was available was very inadequate for six people. - Shower faucet And bathroom sink faucet need to be repaired. They move and do not function properly - some lamps would be welcome. The lights overhead provide a very harsh light for the evenings. This list is provided in the spirit of helping the manager and owner provide a better experience. I want to underline that for the most part the place was adequate.
