We were excited to spend the day at the falls to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. Upon arrival we found a charge for parking (from $35 offsite to $100 valet Canadian dollars). Not expected! At check in i was upsold to an premium room with a hot tub at a $75 extra, which i opted for. After a long drive there I was looking forward to small rest before going out to dinner, our room overall was clean however somewhat dated with a great view. As we attempted a nap Im supprised to hear jackhammering from an adjacent room. After an hour or so I went to the front desk to determine the sorce of the noise and was told the hotel is remodeling and there sorry, they offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee I would not hear the same noise. At this time I asked for compensation, as I would have not paid to to upgrade my room, and may not have even stayed there. And after a long conversation and a couple trips to supposedly talk to the manager (who should have spoken directly to us) we were given $35 off of our $455 dollar bill. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend staying here, paying these prices with this poor customer service!

Elevator situation was horrible. Waiting 20 minutes for elevator is not acceptable. Telephone functions such as wake up call and front desk does not work. You must call operator to get these things taken care of. However, rooms were clean. Except they don't tell you when rooms would be cleaned. I was there 3 nights 4 days, I emptied trash and requested towels, etc. I thought I was there on Holiday.

The buffet breakfast is NOT like it is in the United States. There was no serve to order Omelet station, there was only sausage NO bacon, NO cut up variety of melons, strawberries or grapes...only oranges and apples; and NO toppings for the oatmeal! The coffee was also sub par. These are all staples in Embassy Suites in the States!

Tha parking was out site for 35$ and we need to get the shuttle every time we go out to get to the parking lot very desapoint and the parking at the hotel was 100$ every night very expensive and the breakfast not so good is not a regular embassy suite the quality is not good for the price and you only can see the Niagara Falls is you get the room with the view there’s no place to seat down and enjoy the view of the falls,the complementary reception not good at all.
