Guess will have private and exclusive use of the entire apartment insured use of the backyard deck and barbeque.

Interaction with Guests
I will contact us prior to arrival when guests arrive I will meet them to give a quick tour of the property and answer any questions they may have about the area after that I am always available to answer any questions or concerns throughout all reservations.

This property is located in Niagara Falls Canada walking distance from the falls and several restaurants and bars as well as being steps from a Wego bus stop which is a very affordable and convenient way to get around to all the local attractions in addition it is a short scenic walk to the Fallsview area

Hard time finding front door. Not in the photos for the webpage.place. We also could not figure out how to turn the heater off in the bathroom other than turning off breakers, no thermostat or switch present. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Perfect location for Niagara Falls Visit

This property was clean and the location was perfect as it was just over a mile down the street from Niagara Falls. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were no check in or check out instructions provided. I ended up calling the host about 24 hours before check in to make sure we were still on track for our stay. Sean was very nice and stated he provides lock codes the day of check in; which he did the next day. There are multiple rental units at this location and there was no instructions for parking so we just hoped it was okay to park where we did when we arrived (there were 3 other vehicles already in the wide driveway). The next day we had to squeeze in between 2 vehicles when we returned from dinner. At check out we took out the trash but didn’t know if that was necessary or not since no instructions were emailed, on the website or at the unit which is a first in our many VRBO stays. The unit was clean with 2 free standing AC units and a dehumidifier but the place did have a smell when you first walked in. We honestly couldn’t decide if it was a mildew smell or cigarette smoke from another unit at the location.

Excellent from start to finish! Great location, Great Host! Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Couldn't do enough for us!!! The back porch is amazing! Will definitely stay again on our next visit!!!

Apartment and host

The apartment was lovely. There was a front porch with a table where we ate lunch one day. It was nicer than the picture. The host was very responsive. He replied to texts very quickly and provided a few items that we requested right away. Very friendly and responsive.
