Welcome to your home away from home, located in a quiet Niagara Falls neighborhood.

We offer short term rentals of our one bedroom apartment suite, which accommodates a maximum of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and no children).

The apartment is fully furnished for your enjoyable vacation in the beautiful Niagara Falls. It is located:

This property was acceptable for our short stay. Bathroom was laid out well. Did find that it may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected (hair around sink). However, clean otherwise. I would recommend that they note the use of micro fibre sheets and the kitchen was a very small space. As well, would recommend that the incline of the stairs is noted. They are quite steep. Great communication from the hosts! They were responsive and helpful..

Lovely stay at Stan & Sylvia’s!

Our stay at Stan and Sylvia’s was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was small and simple, but perfectly appointed, very clean, and in a fantastic location. Only a short drive to all the major attractions, but tucked away in a little neighborhood where you could still walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit Stan and Sylvia's place again when we return to the Niagara Falls area. Many thanks to our accommodating hosts!!

This quaint little apartment is on the second floor facing south. Lots of sunshine, very clean, had a full kitchen and it’s welcoming. Full privacy, parking, and the hosts are extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara Falls and the region!!! Loved our stay.

Great for two!

This apartment is small but perfect for two people. Renovated and very clean. Many amenities are available in the apartment (from kitchen to shower items). On site parking is a plus. You can get to Niagara-on-the-lake in about 20 minutes - so many wineries to choose from! You can walk to the falls from here (a good 30 minutes) although we took our car, a 5 minute drive and paid parking is easy to find. The white water walkway is close by - very impressive. Property managers were always easy to reach and very helpful.

We stayed for 1 week. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Stan and Sylvia lived on the first floor of the house. So it is very easy to communicate with them. The minor drawback was that the kitchen and "dining room" were small. But for 2 persons, it was OK. So globally, we are very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful experience

My daughter and I stayed at the property for 2 nights during her weekend soccer tournament. Not only was the apartment newly renovated, but it was also spotless. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was superb. The only thing better was meeting Sylvia, the owner. What a delightful person!

A Comfortable, clean and cozy home. 10 minute driving distance to Clifton Hill/Niagara falls and Canadian/American border. Owners were so kind and accommodating and responded to emails within 12 hours. Stayed here for a total of 8 months and felt very much at home. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for short term or long term.
