Nice central train station 10 minutes walk for rail trips to Monaco, Villefrance and Cannes. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and towels replaced. Pedro and his female college were the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Their dog, Tommy, was so well behaved and loves to play with his toys. Pedro steered us to Old Nice and the sunset overlook where we had a great time. I very much recommend this hotel.

To be honest, I would like to request a refund because the service was extremely poor. * I was forced to change rooms without any prior notice. * The room had not been properly cleaned, and used towels had been left inside. * The owner was constantly absent, so no adequate assistance was provided. * Even though I had made the reservation several months in advance, I was assigned a room with a broken lock, which shows serious problems with reservation management. * Upon arrival, there was only one staff member, apparently new, and the explanations provided were extremely insufficient: I was not given the code needed to enter the hotel at night, and I was not even informed where or when breakfast would be served.

The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. We needed a lot of info about the area and requested several things and they were very accommodating. The location is great. The area can be a little noisy when garbage trucks come through at odd hours or people are on the street late at night, but ear plugs help. Overall the room was comfortable, but very tight in space. The pictures online look much bigger.

This hotel is close to the beach, the old city and Main Street (Jean Medecin). It was comfortable and very nice to stay. Our room was small but comfortable and great AC. What made the whole experience so great was the wonderful young woman at the front desk, Salma. She was very welcoming and helpful! Our interaction with the other personnel was short but very nice as well. We recommend this hotel!
