Ground floor : Entrance to open kitchen with dining area. Adjoining living room with 1 sofa bed (140x190). 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). Bathroom with wc adjoining the bedroom. Private terrace, garden and barbecue. Above-ground swimming pool (3.60 M in diameter). Including charges. Cleaning on request package (30 euros), rental of bed linen/toilet/household kit (15 euros/pers.). Animal accepted only if small! National road and economic activity zone 200 m away. Located on the ground floor of the owner's house, this gîte is located on the heights of Cantaron. This village is part of the community of Communes du Pays des Paillons, where many fun and enriching activities will not fail to satisfy you and spend pleasant vacation moments. Capacity: 2 adults + 2 children maximum. Gîte with small above-ground pool on the hills of the Nice area
