Old Town Nice Holiday

The apartment is really nicely located, right up the stairs from a fish market, beautiful butcher shop, and vegetable store. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes so you can take full advantage of all that! The apartment is bright, with lots of windows, and it worked really well for four adults, although it did get a bit noisy at night.We had a great time staying there!

Great stay in Old Town

We had a great stay at this apartment in old Nice. The apartment was very large, quiet and well-located, extremely close to the beach, several restaurants shops and bars and the tram line. The only feedback we would have, would be if the keys could be collected at the property rather than an office site as it was not super close to the property. Apart from that, everything was amazing, thanks for a great stay!

Location is everything!

The apartment was a little challenging to find and involves a lot of stairs but the location is amazing! We were within a very short walk to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants. The tram is nearby and bus lines as well. The apartment has everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen with a washing machine which was wonderful. Plan to bring your walking shoes and get prepared to eat some of the most delicious foods. We would highly recommend this stay. We found it a bit challenging to access the keys as we had quite a bit of luggage and this involved getting off the tram and then back on again. We made it work and it wasn't a deal breaker but be prepared!

Cute but dirty

Space was super cute and location was excellent, but it was not clean...mold in the shower, dirty shower curtain, dirty toilet, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty French press, dirty furniture. And the balcony furniture didn't exist which was something we had looked forward to. A deep cleaning, some fresh paint, and removing the filthy chairs in the bedrooms could make this place shine. Would also be great if there was lockbox for the keys instead of needing to pick them up/drop off at a separate location.

This apartment was spacious and comfortable for the three of us to set up for two weeks. Many great amenities to this place. We like to cook and it was great to be close to a green grocer, small shops and fish market at the bottom of the stairs at street level. Note there are stairs to get to this quaint old building in a lively neighborhood before climbing the stairs to the apartment. One of our party thought it was a bit noisy in the early morning. Nothing a set of earplugs cant solve. There was a problem with the heating and mould on the shower curtain, the Nestor & Cheeves team had the problem rectified within hours with portable heaters and a new curtain. Very much appreciated this support, thank you. Would recommend duvets or heavier blankets for the beds in cooler months.

Bel emplacement au cœur du Vieux Nice

C'est un appartement spacieux et bien équipé qui donne sur une coquette place cachée au cœur du Vieux Nice. J'ai découvert par hasard l'agence Nestor&Jeeves, et je referai appel à leurs services car leur personnel a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de réactivité, notamment Lisa.

The BEST location in Nice

I spent 2 months in Nice at apartment Francois! The apartment is huge and has ALL the comfort of home. I wanted to steal the “iron” - awesome! Right outside apt is the butcher - bakery - BEST pizza in Nice and an “Oyster/champagne” restaurant not far …. Plus Portuguese bbq (delicious). Tram is a minute away and grocery store. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Setting up Netflix and Amazon Prime - no problem. Had an Amazing time! If you can - do the coastal walk to Villafranche. It’s 2 hrs - 4 miles BUT absolutely beautiful! St Paul - Eze - Grasse are all worth going to. St Tropez and Monte Carlo are tacky - for the rich. San Remos, Italy is worth going to on Tuesday for a huge street market. All in all this is an excellent location. 2 friends got different apts (more center city) not Old Town and they lacked the charm and feel of Nice. I hope to return! From the street to apartment door is “81 steps”. I ended up with “Buns of Steel! :)
