Good location, close to ocean. Needs some love…uncomfortable couches, dishwasher rack broken, and microwave signage has worn off. But otherwise bathroom is nice and the kitchen is workable. Nice to have a washer.

Excellent Base for staying in Nice Centre

We were very pleased with our stay at Maison Cournichee and would happily return. The property was faultless and being 5mins walk to the Tram Station meant that we could come and go easily.

I've been an Expedia customer for nearly 30 years and have never left a 1-star review. This review is directed both at this accommodation and at Expedia itself. It is time for Expedia to take a closer look at some of the properties it lists. 1) Guests should know the address of their accommodation before they travel. That was not the case here. Even Expedia could not tell me the address. It seemed the only way to find out was to arrive in Nice and figure it out then. 2) Only 24 hours before departure was I told where to collect the keys. On arriva;, I was given a sheet of paper, limited instructions, and two sets of keys. When I asked how to get to the property, which was a 20-minute walk away, I was simply told I could walk, take a bus, or get a taxi. The expectation seemed to be that guests would arrive in an unfamiliar city, collect keys at one location, and then find another location whose address they had only just learned. 3) The directions stated the apartment was “on the ground floor, to the left of the elevator.” It was not. After checking multiple doors and floors, I eventually found it hidden in a courtyard behind the elevator. 4) The apartment has a steep staircase to the bedroom, something not disclosed in the listing. This is important for those with limited mobility. The apartment was very clean. Otherwise, it was uncomfortable and in a less desirable area than expected. I urge Expedia to verify properties more carefully.

Logement mignon et très bien équipé, qui correspondait aux photos. Emplacement très agréable dans une rue commerçante à moins de 5 min. à pied de la promenade des Anglais. Cour très calme utilisable pour les repas.

Appartment near the promendade

Location of appartment is really good. Alot of shops and resturants nearby and very close to the ptomenade. Conceirge service very helpful in letting us store suitcases on our final day. Very helpful staff member.

Superb holiday

I absolutely love this accommodation this is my second time staying here the first time was with work and it's the perfect apartment with suberb location!!! The services offered by nester and Jeeves made my stay easy from organising taxis etc...
