Welcome to MODERN ROCK, a two bedroom apartment nestled in a historic bourgeois building in the heart of the CarrĂ© d’Or in Nice.



Be captivated by the exposed stonework and optimized layout, making it perfect for a stay with family or friends. The apartment offers fiber-optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room.



You’ll be right in the center of Nice, just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, the pedestrian area, Place MassĂ©na, and Jean MĂ©decin avenue. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with several restaurants at the foot of the building—this can lead to some noise in the evening.



Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, MODERN ROCK provides a prime location to fully enjoy the Niçois lifestyle.

Compact clean apartment but very difficult to open windows in main bedroom as room very small and window in small single room blocked out so limited light or fresh air. This was not made clear. Noise from below kept us awake every night from (again this was not made clear). Street was unclean and night time full of drunk people smoking weed! Broken clothes drying rack. Dishwasher was also broken but fixed quickly by the agency.

Small apartment in a great neighborhood.

We enjoyed this sunny apartment with several windows . The apartment was suitable for one or possibly two people. It had a good washing machine and lots of closet space. The kitchen while very small was equipped with good quality appliances but was no oven. We are and older couple and we found the kitchen table kitchen table and the very high chairs challenging for us to use. The location was fabulous and and rental agency was very nice to work with. There was a Karaoke bar downstairs that was very loud on weekends .

You'll love the apartment and the location

This is a crisp, clean, nicely furnished modern apartment located in a perfect spot. It's close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the heavy tourist crows. The building is clean and well managed and the other tenants are quiet and friendly. We are moving to Nice and we've been in an out of seven short terms rentals over the past year. This is our third apartment managed by Nestor & Jeeves and if you see their name on a Nice apartment, I'd strongly suggest you rent it. N&J's check-in process is flawless and if you run into an issue, you can drop by their office on Rue De France, or email the concierge for a quick response.

Gold in the Caree d’Or

Lovely, compact 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. This modernised apartment has everything needed for a great stay in Nice and is moments away from beaches and tourist areas. Restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly, patisseries are all around. Highly recommended.

Great location

This is a small but very efficient apartment, well supplied. Elevator, air con, and separate toilet are all a plus. Some street noise in front bedroom. Could use a mirror in the second bedroom. Fabulous location in walking distance of everything. Had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

Loved my time at the apartment! The location could not have been better for a newbie to Nice! Everything was within walking distance, area was safe and lively. The apt was amazing, just as the ad described. Well equipped, everything worked well. It was clean, and tastefully furnished. Loved it and would go back again.
