Since our home is a 200-year-old historic building that has been lovingly redecorated, all items are in good condition but require special care. Please treat the house as you would your own home. 😊

🤍 Neighbours & Quiet Hours
We have several neighbours nearby.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Excessive noise may result in complaints or police involvement, which we sincerely want to avoid.

⚠️ Safety Notice
For your safety, please do not cross the railway tracks at any time. ❗️❗️

🍳 Kitchen
You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances.
Please help us keep the kitchen clean and return everything to its original place after use.

🚿 Bathroom
Please open the window after showering to allow steam to escape. 🙏

Hot Water Notice:
If several guests shower one after another, hot water may run out. In such cases, it may take up to two hours for the hot water to fully recover.

🔥 Sauna Rules
- Sauna use is at your own risk
- Maximum capacity: 4 persons
- Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol
- Children may only use the sauna under adult supervision
- After use, please switch off the sauna and leave the door slightly open for ventilation
- Do not place towels or clothing on the heater

While using the sauna, please do not use these appliances (Washing Machine, Oven, Iron, Hairdryer) at the same time.

Maximum capacity: 6 persons
Use at your own risk
Please shower before entering
No glass, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub
Children must be supervised at all times
Do not use under the influence of alcohol
Keep noise levels low, especially in the evening
Always close the cover after use to maintain temperature and cleanliness

🧹 Check-Out Instructions
Before departure, please:
- Dispose of glass bottles & plastic bottles separately, in the green bins on the balcony (accessible via the laundry room door – same key)
- Dispose of general waste in the black bin in the parking area
- Turn off all lights
- Lock the door
- Return the key to the key box
