Wonderful Staff at Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama

Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama is a wonderful hotel. About 12 minutes from the train station by taxi. The Rihga staff was fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama.

町では1番のホテルなのだと思いますが、だいぶ古くなって来て、あちらこちらに汚れと荒れが目立ちます。そろそろ限界か。朝食は田舎にしては値段と内容でコスト高の印象。が、離れた場所にあるホテルなので他に食 朝食の選択がなく仕方ない。部屋は清潔に掃除されてますが、空調吹き出し口の周りの汚れなど気になり、夜中、息苦しくなって目が覚めた。アレルギー反応だったかもしれない。そろそろ建物、装備が耐用年数超えかもしれない。問い合わせの電話をしたが、アンサーフォンで、オプション番号も選べず、地方都市の人手不足（あるいは低賃金）と宿泊施設のコストカット方針を実感した。その後、問い合わせメールをしたら比較的早く電話で確認の返信が来た。新居浜市泊ではベストのホテルのようです。
