Villa 032, a stunning estate situated in the well known tourist spot of northern Dalmatia, boasts amenities that make our guests` vacations memorable. A villa to create lifelong memories that will make you come back asking for more has it all – and at hand`s reach!

Villa 032 is an amazing properety, featuring an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 4 comfortable and luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. But, keep going, there is a roof terrace above, providing the perfect view of the sea and the world famous Zadar region sunsets. The ground floor has a large glass door that connects the living area of the villa, for an uninterruped movement towards the amazing roofed terrace, furnished with a cozy dining area.

The outdoors feature a heated private swimming pool for whenever you need a refreshment and you don`t feel like walking out to the beach that is practically at your doorstep. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a meticulously designed garden offer a special resting point during the day. The villa has a special part of the garden made to make your kids and those who feel like one, equipped with a swing, a slide and outdoor toys. Your little ones are safe playing on the soft oudoor floor of the playground, too.

The villa offers Wi-Fi throughout, SAT TV and free parking for it`s guests.

Please note that no young groups under the age of 25 are allowed.

There is a surcharge for pool heating (if asked and provided) in the amount of 60 EUR/day.
